There are steps to create a sign-up form and get the sign-up link where partners can join your prayer team:

Click "Manage partners" on your prayer team page
Click "Manage sign-up forms" in the Add prayer partners at the top of the Manage partners page.
If you haven't turned on your form, click "Edit".
Customize, preview, and save your sign-up form. We recommend uploading a photo of yourself if your security circumstances allow it. Toggle on your sign-up form.
You can now use the "Copy URL" button to get your sign-up link.
