The "Email Notifications" column on your Manage Partners page provides information about which prayer team members are no longer receiving emails of your prayer requests (see screenshot below).

You can see why someone is no longer receiving your emails by clicking on or rolling over "Off" in this column. Here are the possible reasons that email notifications are turned off for a prayer team member:

  1. Email unsubscribe: the prayer team member clicked "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of a previous email message from you
  2. Oneclick email unsubscribe: the prayer team member clicked "Unsubscribe" in the email header in Gmail, Yahoo Mail, or their email program
  3. Permanent bounce: Prayvine received a message indicating that the email address is no longer valid
  4. Settings page: the prayer team member unchecked "Receive email notifications" for your prayer team after logging into Prayvine
  5. Prayvine admin: the Prayvine admin turned off emails for this user. This is typically in response to a customer service request or spam complaint from the prayer team member.
  6. Suspended: the Prayvine admin suspended the user's account. This is rare and typically only occurs if someone violated Prayvine's terms of service (e.g. spam, abuse, harassment).
