There are three steps to import your contacts from Outlook to Prayvine:

Export your contacts from Outlook to a .csv file. Instructions for Outlook for Windows, newer versions of Outlook for Mac, and Outlook for the Web. Instructions for Outlook 2016 Mac.
Import your .csv file into Mailchimp: instructions from the Mailchimp website.
